This survey is conducted using the Emprising® platform, a culture management tool that provides deep insights into employee sentiment. It enables real-time analysis of feedback, helping identify areas to strengthen engagement, improve leadership, and enhance overall employee satisfaction.

To receive this certification, organisations must meet strict benchmarks based on employee survey results, demonstrating a consistently positive workplace experience across teams.
